The Stroller Social is a relaxed, postpartum and pregnant friendly meet up designed for moms who want to introduce more movement into their lifestyle without the pressure of a traditional workout class. This is a space where babies are always welcome, connection is encouraged, and no prior fitness experience is needed.
Each 60-minute class is split into two easy, approachable parts. We’ll start with a 30-minute stroller walk, giving you time to move at your own pace, chat with other moms, and get your body moving. The walk is intentionally casual—stopping, feeding, and tending to your baby is always expected and supported.
The second half of class includes 30 minutes of gentle strength training guided by a pediatric chiropractor, with a focus on postpartum recovery, core support, and full-body strength. Movements use body weight, optional baby-wearing, or light weights if you choose. Every exercise is modifiable, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body, rest when needed, or skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
This class is not about “bouncing back” or pushing limits—it’s about rebuilding strength safely, feeling confident in your body again, and finding community with other moms in the same season of life. Whether you’re 6 months pregnant, newly postpartum or have a 4 year old at home, The Stroller Social is designed to meet you where you are.
